I have dedicated my entire professional career to Real Estate. I initially specialized in architectural design and community development here in Orange County, and was involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate assets.  My focus is on clear and concise communication and negotiation skills, innovative thinking, attention to detail, and an extensive knowledge of Orange County housing products and communities.  With my architectural design background I counsel my sellers on how to achieve the highest "potential market value" for their home. For my buyers, I identify positive and negative issues with any home which could affect the functionality and livability, assuring my buyers that they will be purchasing a home that truly meets their lifestyle and budget.
